MoparMarket.com Readers,
The NSW All Chrysler Day has now been and gone (last weekend) and for those who attended the almost rained out event, you would agree that someone upstairs seems to like Chryslers alot, keeping the rain at bay and allowing a sunny November day to triumph. The numbers of cars were down I believe, with an approx total of 190 cars, the threat of heavy rain and forcasted wild weather in general most likey kept some nice cars from attending but all in all it was a nice day.
PP&R attended with three nice cars in our stand and two others in the CAVOA display. John Gallaghers VE-VIP that was restored a year ago took out it's trophy class and the PP&R latest restoration, Ian Nichol's VC V8 Sedan made it's debut, taking home an outright win for it's class also. Included in the PP&R stable of trophy winners was Marriane Rivet's modified VH Sedan & Andrew Cabrerra's modified VG Wagon, both cars located in the CAVOA (Chrysler & Valiant Owners Association LTD) club display & winning trophies. In general the CAVOA members did very well, with great attendances and a huge number of their cars taking trophy places. We done CAVOA's ! Check out the club website for more info @ www.cavoa.com |
