Attention MoparMarket.com users,
Hello all. Advertisers beware : Unfortunately MoparMarket.com is still being haunted by scammers. The scamming techniques used seem to be quite common in online advertising circles, so identifying these bogus inquiries really should not be too difficult. I have posted a copy of an email sent to me (thanks Matt) which shows the correspondence in full, I hope this will assist with prospective advertisers to identify such emails and ignore them. I have made contact with AFP regarding these scammers however it seems that there is nothing that can be done unless someone is actually ripped-off in which case they must make a formal complaint.
It shoud be also noted that the scammer email below is but one of many, using generic email hosts seems to be typical. Please take the time to read the emails below to keep yourself informed on how these scammers work. Thanks.
