MoparMarket.com = 1,000,000 genuine visits !!! After four years of logging visit counts, I have watched MoparMarket.com climb from its humble beginnings to the busy web-prescence it has become today. By accounts of other websites 1,000,000 visits may not seem real impressive, that's because other websites count hits. A hit is counted every time your domain index file or page your counter is located is "hit" by a search spider. If you have a website and want to provide your readers with an accurate account of your websites traffic, providing a "hit counter" is not the way as they are grosely exaggerated over true website "visits". MoparMarket.com could boast 2.7 million "hits" per month, this figure is a true reflection of hits, but not visits. I get pretty annoyed with this way of gauging traffic as it purely is not a direct representation of how well/poorly a website is performing.
